Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A:All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products. If your item is damaged during shipping or you believe there to be a fault in your item we will happily work with you to resolve the issue.
Q: Why don't you offer returns?
A:For safety and hygiene reasons as well as storage limitations, we cannot accept returns on candles that are used or unused. Once a candle has been burned, the wick and wax structure are altered, making it unsafe to resell. Additionally, lit candles may have been exposed to various environments that could affect their quality and safety for future customers.
However, if you receive a candle that arrives damaged, has defects, or doesn't burn properly from the start, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We're committed to ensuring you receive quality products and will work with you to resolve any legitimate quality concerns.
