Refund policy

At Luminous Brew, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items. To be eligible:

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• A photo of the damage or fault may be required for assessment.

REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

Once approved, we'll offer either:

• A replacement item (if available), or
• A full refund to your original payment method.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of handmade items, hygiene and storage limitations, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
